The 3 Things Business Owners Should Be Doing Now During a Crisis

In this video we are discussion 3 very important things that business owners should be doing NOW.
- 1. Is understand the current situation we are in with the COVID-19. This is not forever, so let's find the opportunities within our businesses to improve and become better for us and our clients. This way we can take advantage of the opportunities that lie ahead.
- 2. The CARES ACT - $2 Trillion Dollars. What are you doing? Don't wait nor procrastinate, talk to your Financial Institution asap to discuss how they can help your business.
- 3. Company Culture: Communicate with your team members every single day at least twice a day. If possible make it 3 to 4 times a day.
Have a daily huddle in the morning. Make sure everyone join the company remote work zoom room so it feels they are all working together in the same room. Perform a happy hour every Friday at 5 pm.
Have one on one with your team members and reassure them that everything will be fine and you have their back.
Lastly, begin your day and end your day with a smile. Lay down in your bed, and try to identified 3 things you are grateful for.
